“Card” means the credit or debit card which you use to make payment for the Goods;

“Order” means a purchase order in respect of the Goods issued to us by you.

1.4 Zenses Holistic Therapies reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on to the Website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this Web-site and your continued use of the Website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms.
2. Order Process
2.1 Where an order form exists, we will request information from the user as required. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name, delivery address, telephone number) This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers’ orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
2.2 All orders can be placed either online through the Website or by telephone on 07400 771835. When you place an order with us online you will be taken through a secure checkout process and up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of the checkout you are able to add/amend/delete any items that you have placed in your basket.
3. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order
3.1 If you have supplied us with an email address, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your Order by email once you submit your Order. All Orders whether placed on the Website or by another method, will be subject to our acceptance in accordance with these Terms. Our acceptance of your Order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon your placing the order and your card will be debited at that point. Should the order not be fulfilled in whole or in part, we will refund the overpaid amount to your card within one working day of this being established.
3.2 Zenses Holistic Therapies has taken every care in the preparation of the content of the shopping pages of this Website, and in particular to ensure that (i) prices quoted are correct at time of publishing; and (ii) the Goods have been fairly described. However, please note that we may only accept Orders if there are no material errors in the description of the Goods or their prices as advertised on this Website.
3.2.1 Non-acceptance of an Order may be as a result of one of the following:
3.2.2 One or more of the Goods you ordered are unavailable.
3.2.3 Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
3.2.4 The identification of a pricing or product description error as referred to in condition 3.2; or
3.2.5 You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria as set out in these Terms.
4.1 The prices stated by us at the time we receive your Order are the prices you pay except where we discover an error in the price of the Goods you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your Order and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the Order as cancelled.
4.2 All prices are displayed on the Website in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate charged in the UK for all orders for delivery within the EU.
5.Method of Payment
5.1 Payment will be made by you either via Paypal, using your credut card or via BACS
5.2 We are unable to accept payment by cheque for orders placed on this Website.
5.3 Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.
5.4 Where any of the Goods contained within an Order are out of stock, and are likely to be for more than a few days, we will endeavour to contact you to explain the situation and confirm whether you would like to either cancel the whole Order, or whether you would like us to process a new order for Goods that we have in stock.
5.5 Ownership of the Goods you Order on the Website shall pass to you on delivery provided that we have processed and received payment in full for such Goods.
6.1 Charges for delivery depend on the number of items ordered, the distance they need to travel, and the means by which they are to be delivered. The options for delivery, and the cost of postage and packing will, in most instances, be shown and calculated for you automatically when you fill out the delivery address details at the check-out. Occasionally, in the case of either a large order by weight and/or volume and or a specific destination, we may need to contact you prior to despatch to quote an individual price for the delivery cost.
6.2. When you have selected the Goods that you wish to purchase from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address associated with your Card.
6.3. However, should you wish to send the Goods to an alternative address then you can enter this in the delivery address form as you proceed through the checkout process. The alternative address can be either residential or business.
6.4. We offer a standard delivery service for UK deliveries which usually takes 2 to 3 working days for your goods to arrive, from the day of despatch. We make every effort to deliver Goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Zenses Holistic Therapies shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Goods within the estimated timescales.
6.5. Risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to you at the time the Goods are delivered.
7. Return of Goods Policy
We hope you will be satisfied with Goods purchased on our Website. However, if you are not satisfied with any of our products or you do not need them any more, we will always do our best to remedy the situation, either by way of a replacement product or products, or a refund.
7.1 Subject to condition 7.2, if you wish to return to us, or exchange, any Goods :
7.1.1 for any reason, you may do so within 90 days of the date of despatch. We will refund the price of the product or replace it, at your discretion, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged packaging. In the case of a faulty or unsatisfactory product we will also refund the cost of the original postage and packing relating to the product and the cost of returning the product to us. If you choose to accept a replacement product in place of a product that is faulty, we will send you the replacement free of charge, including delivery. In all other instances the original delivery charge is non-refundable and unless otherwise agreed between us, you must also pay for the costs of return of the Goods to us.
7.1.2 This does not affect your statutory rights.
7.2 Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

8. Warranties and Liability
8.1 Zenses Holistic Therapies will make every effort to deliver Goods within a reasonable time from the date of your Order and to comply with our obligations under these Terms, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to adverse weather, traffic delays, mechanical breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control.
8.2 The information contained in the material in this Website is only for information purposes. The material on this Website does not constitute advice and you should not rely on any material in this Website to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action.
8.3 This Website contains links to other websites and resources which are not under the control of and are not maintained and has no control over such websites and resources by Zenses Holistic Therapies. These links are provided for your information and convenience only and Zenses Holistic Therapies does not necessarily endorse the material on these websites.

9.1 Unless otherwise specified the copyright in the contents of all the pages in this Website are owned by or licensed to Zenses Holistic Therapies. Unless otherwise specified, the authors of the literary and artistic works in the pages in this Website have asserted their moral right pursuant to Section 77 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 to be identified as the author of those works.
9.2 The Zenses Holistic name and Zenses Holistic logo are trade marks or registered trade marks of Zenses Holistic Therapies. The Website’s graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are the trade marks or trade dress of Zenses Holistic Therapies.
9.3 Except as stated in this condition 9.3, the contents of this Website may not be modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, re-posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior express written permission of Zenses Holistic Therapies. Please provide full details of the nature of your complaint, including the products purchased, your order number, your name, address, daytime telephone number, email address and any other information which you think will assist us in resolving your problem as quickly as possible.
10.1.4 Alternative Dispute Regulations 2015 – The regulations require almost all businesses which sell directly to consumers to point the consumer to a certified ADR scheme. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) refers to ways of resolving disputes between consumers and traders that don’t involve going to court. 11, Client Protocal
11.1 The Client will ensure that they arrive in time for their pre-scheduled appointments. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes due to lateness but in such an event Zenses Holistic Therapies will have no liability for any loss of Treatment time.
11.2 All clients must fill out a consultation form before any treatment can be carried out. You will need to make the therapist aware of any medical history or any allergies.
11.3 Zenses Holistic Therapies reserves the right to refuse treatments where they feel the client is at risk. If this situation does occur then the therapist may be able to offer an alternative. If a client has a medical condition that we are not told about and suffers a reaction to a treatment we will not be held liable.
11.4 Zenses Holistic Therapies may refuse treatments to any client deemed to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with no refund.
11.5 If the client cancels a treatment within 7 days of purchasing, they will be entitled to a 75% refund of monies paid, excluding any deposits. If less than 7 days notice is received no refund will be given
11.6 Refunds for treatments cannot be refunded if the treatment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
12. Booking Fees
Booking fees are non refundable. Cancellation and rebooking is acceptable providing cancellation is at least 24 hours prior to the booking. Re scheduled appointments must booked and taken within 6 weeks of the initial booking.
Please allow at least 24 hours notice when making a cancellation or you will be liable for 50% treatment charge, this applies to all therapies carried out in the Zen Garden Room, The Natural Therapy Centre. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice and was redeeming a gift voucher this is not transferable.
